Products & Print-On-Demand Model

The SocialSoul Store operates on a Print-On-Demand basis.
This means:

• Products are printed only after an order is placed

• Designs, sizes, and colors are selected by the customer at checkout

• Slight variations in print color or placement may occur due to printing processes

All product images are for representation purposes only.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)

• Prices may change without prior notice

• Payments are securely processed through Razorpay / PayPal

• We do not store your card or payment details

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled

• Orders go into production immediately after confirmation

• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud

If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.

No Return / No Exchange Policy

As all products are custom printed on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Replacements or refunds are considered only if:

• The product is damaged

• There is a manufacturing defect

• An incorrect item was delivered

Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is currently available only within India

• Orders are printed and shipped via our fulfillment partner Qikink

• Estimated delivery timelines are mentioned on product pages

• Delays due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control

Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.

User Conduct
