Order Processing

The SocialSoul Store operates on a Print-On-Demand model. This means every product is custom printed after the order is placed.

  • Order processing begins after successful payment confirmation

  • Products are printed and packed by our fulfillment partner Qikink

  • Processing time usually takes 2–5 business days

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within India

  • International shipping is not available at this time

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

  • 5–10 business days, depending on your location

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier service availability, weather conditions, or regional restrictions

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned at checkout

  • Any free shipping offers are time-limited and promotional

  • Additional charges (if any) will be displayed before order confirmation

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

The SocialSoul Store is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

Incorrect Address & Re-Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch

  • No refunds are provided for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details. Eligible cases will be reviewed for replacement.

No Return or Exchange Policy

As all products are custom printed on demand:

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted

  • Refunds or replacements are only applicable for manufacturing defects or incorrect items
