Print-On-Demand Model

The SocialSoul Store operates on a Print-On-Demand (POD) model. Every product is custom printed after an order is placed.

  • Order processing begins only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Products are printed and packed by our fulfillment partner.

  • Since each item is made-to-order, slight delays may occur during peak seasons.

Order Processing Time

  • Standard processing time: 2–3 business days

  • In some cases, processing may take up to 5 business days

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Rush Order Service

We may offer Rush Order processing for faster dispatch:

  • Same-day or next-day dispatch (where applicable)

  • Availability depends on product type and service area

  • Rush service speeds up production time but does not guarantee courier delivery speed

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within India

  • International shipping is not available at this time

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

  • 2–5 business days (standard locations)

  • 5–8 business days (some regions)

  • Total estimated timeline: 3–7 business days

  • In certain cases, delivery may take 5–10 business days depending on location

  • Metro cities generally receive faster delivery

  • Remote or non-metro areas may experience slightly longer transit times

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping offers are promotional and time-limited

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Eligible cases will be reviewed for replacement as per our Return & Refund Policy.

No Return or Exchange Policy

Since all products are custom printed on demand:

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted

  • Refunds or replacements apply only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items
