Return & Exchange Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Print-On-Demand Policy

All products are custom printed and made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

2. Eligible for Replacement (Damaged / Defective / Misprinted Items)

We offer a replacement only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The design is misprinted

  • You received the wrong item

To request a replacement:

You must submit your request within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Clear photos of packaging

  • Full unboxing video (mandatory for damaged claims)

Failure to provide proper evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

After verification, we will arrange:

  • A replacement product
    OR

  • A refund (if replacement is not possible)

3. Size Issues / Customer Ordering Mistakes

We do NOT offer exchanges or returns for:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference issues

  • Minor color variation due to screen differences

Please carefully review the size chart before placing your order.

If you ordered the wrong size, you will need to place a new order.

4. No Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

Because production starts quickly after an order is placed, cancellations are not possible after confirmation.

Please double-check:

  • Size

  • Color

  • Shipping address

  • Design selection

before completing your purchase.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Used or washed products

  • Items reported after 7 days of delivery

6. Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
