1. What is The SocialSoul Store?
The SocialSoul Store is an Indian Print-on-Demand online store offering unique, trendy, and high-demand graphic apparel and accessories. We only produce items once an order is placed, reducing waste and ensuring exclusivity.
2. Do you manufacture the products yourself?
No, we work with our trusted print-on-demand partner Qikink, who handles the production, printing, and shipping of all our products. All items are made only after you place an order.
3. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver only within India. We plan to expand internationally soon.
4. What is your delivery timeline?
Our products are made on order. Once you place an order, it typically takes:
- Processing & Printing: 2–4 business days
- Shipping & Delivery: 5–7 business days (depending on your location)
In total, you can expect your order within 7–10 working days.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use it to track your order in real-time.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via Razorpay, which supports:
- UPI
- Debit/Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at the moment.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
Since all products are made to order, cancellations are only allowed within 6 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately at support@thesocialsoulstore.com if you wish to cancel or change your order.
8. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges. As a Print-on-Demand store, each product is made specifically for you. We recommend checking size charts and product details before ordering.
However, if you receive a damaged, misprinted, or wrong item, we will replace it at no extra cost. You must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
9. What should I do if my order is delayed?
Please allow the full 10 working days for delivery. If your order still hasn’t arrived, email us at support@thesocialsoulstore.com with your order ID.
10. Is your website secure?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your data, and payments are handled securely through Razorpay.
