Cancellation and Refund

At The SocialSoul Store, we follow a Print-On-Demand (POD) model, which means every product is made especially for you after you place an order. As a result, we have strict policies regarding cancellation and refunds. Please read the following carefully:


1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this time, your order is sent for processing and printing, and cannot be canceled.
  • To request a cancellation within the eligible time, please contact us immediately via email at support@thesocialsoulstore.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
  • If your order is already under processing or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Policy

  • Since we offer custom-printed products made specifically to your choices, we do not offer refunds once the order has been processed or shipped.
  • No return or exchange is allowed as every item is printed on demand and made just for you.
  • Refunds will only be provided if:
    • You were charged but your order was not confirmed.
    • You received a damaged or incorrect item, and valid proof is submitted (see below).

3. Damaged / Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will issue a replacement or refund, based on the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send us clear images/videos of the damaged or incorrect item, along with the packaging and label, to support@thesocialsoulstore.com.
  • Upon verification, we will either resend the correct product or issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only (e.g., Razorpay or bank account).
  • The timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong size or color).
  • Orders not canceled within 1-hour window.
  • Delays caused by courier companies or natural events.
  • Entering incorrect delivery address or contact information.
