Order Cancellation Policy
- As all our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept cancellations once the order has been confirmed and sent into production.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at thesocialsoulstore@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been processed for production, we’ll do our best to assist you.
- Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refund Policy
We strive to deliver high-quality, accurately customized products every time. However, if you face any issue with your order, here’s how our refund policy works:
Eligible Refund Cases:
We offer refunds or free replacements for the following scenarios:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items received (wrong size, color, or design)
- Significant printing errors or manufacturing defects
Refund Conditions:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Email us at thesocialsoulstore@gmail.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photographs of the issue.
- Our support team will verify the issue and offer an appropriate solution — a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Non-Refundable Cases:
We do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse (change of mind after order placement)
- Incorrect size selection by the customer (Please use our Size Guide carefully before ordering)
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
- Orders delayed due to external factors like courier delays or customs clearance
Return Policy
Since all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect as mentioned above.
Refund Process Timeline
- Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal or card).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
