Since our products are made-to-order through Printify’s Print-On-Demand service, certain limitations apply to cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • As all our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept cancellations once the order has been confirmed and sent into production.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at thesocialsoulstore@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been processed for production, we’ll do our best to assist you.
  • Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality, accurately customized products every time. However, if you face any issue with your order, here’s how our refund policy works:

Eligible Refund Cases:

We offer refunds or free replacements for the following scenarios:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items received (wrong size, color, or design)
  • Significant printing errors or manufacturing defects

Refund Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Email us at thesocialsoulstore@gmail.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photographs of the issue.
  • Our support team will verify the issue and offer an appropriate solution — a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Non-Refundable Cases:

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind after order placement)
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer (Please use our Size Guide carefully before ordering)
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences
  • Orders delayed due to external factors like courier delays or customs clearance

Return Policy

Since all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect as mentioned above.


Refund Process Timeline

  • Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal or card).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
